About the Role:
As a Junior DevOps Engineer at Vyro, you will assist in hands-on deployment, and management of cloud-native solutions. In this role, you will be part of a cross-functional team, taking responsibility for a pragmatic and iterative approach to building solutions in collaboration with other internal and external developers.
What You'll Do:
- Build and set up new development tools and infrastructure.
- Understand, implement, and automate security controls, governance processes, and compliance validation.
- Be responsible for alerting and documenting cloud-functional processes.
- Working on ways to automate and improve development and release processes.
- Demonstrated ability to design and implement a configuration management platform, with the process and modern technologies, across multiple virtual/hybrid environments.
- Designing, building, and managing a cloud-native self-service platform for development teams on Virtual/Hybrid environments.
- Working in a self-organized agile (Kanban) Team.
- Collaborating with team members to design new system architecture and selecting new tools/technologies.
What We're Looking For:
- At least 1year of experience working in a similar domain
- Experience in building, operating, and delivering scalable, resilient, and secure Kubernetes-native solutions.
- Sound understanding of AWS, CI tools, Terraform, system monitoring, and alerting
- Programming experience in any of these languages: Bash, shell, Python.
- Experience in designing, building, and managing
- g AWS & GCP infrastructure using Terraform.
- Experience in zero-downtime deployment on Kubernetes with ArgoCD, GitLab CI & Helm.
- In the event of production-level issues, it is necessary for individuals to be readily available on-call to effectively address and manage such matters.
