About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter  to join our People Team and lead our recruitment efforts for technical talent. In this role, you will drive the entire recruitment lifecycle for technical positions, from sourcing and screening to making hiring decisions. You will work closely with senior leadership to shape hiring strategies, optimize processes, and build a strong, diverse talent pipeline that aligns with our company’s objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the recruitment of technical roles across various departments.

  • Develop and post detailed job descriptions that attract top-tier candidates.

  • Build and maintain a strong network of potential candidates using platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, and industry events.

  • Screen resumes, conduct in-depth interviews, and assess technical and cultural fit.

  • Lead interview processes, leveraging structured, technical, and behavioral assessments.

  • Collaborate with department heads and senior leaders to forecast hiring needs and drive recruitment strategies.

  • Represent the company at conferences, meetups, and industry events to promote our employer brand and attract top talent.

  • Mentor and guide junior recruiters and hiring managers on effective interviewing and recruitment practices.

  • Design and implement strategies to reduce time-to-hire and improve candidate experience.

  • Prepare and extend formal job offers, ensuring alignment with compensation guidelines.

  • Stay ahead of industry trends and best practices in tech recruitment.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Extensive experience in recruiting for technical roles, with a proven track record of successfully filling senior-level positions.

  • Expertise in various interview formats (phone, online, structured) and ability to assess both technical skills and cultural fit.

  • Strong understanding of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), sourcing techniques (e.g., Boolean search), and talent management tools.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and stakeholders at all levels.

  • Strong leadership skills, with experience managing recruitment teams or mentoring junior staff.

  • Deep understanding of People practices, recruitment strategies, and labor legislation.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in a CS/HR background (Master's is preferred).

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with a focus on technical recruiting.

  • Proven experience in a fast-paced commercial and technology-driven environment.
