Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled IT Technician to manage and optimize our internet devices and connections, ensuring seamless network performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both Mac and Windows operating systems, with 2-3 years of relevant experience.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
  • Optimize internet devices and connections to ensure efficient and secure network performance.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues promptly.
  • Perform regular system updates and backups.
  • Provide technical support across the company, both in person and remotely.
  • Maintain documentation of configurations, procedures, and service records.
  • Collaborate with other IT team members to enhance system performance and security.
Qualifications:
  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Relevant IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional) are preferred.
  • 2-3 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in both Mac and Windows operating systems.
  • Strong understanding of network configurations, internet devices, and connection optimization.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical users.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
