- Analyze user journeys, activation funnels, retention cohorts, and conversion metrics to support product and growth decisions.
- Work closely with marketing to measure and optimize paid ad performance (CAC, ROAS, LTV).
- Collaborate with product teams to oversee and track event testing and integration.
- Manage and optimize tracking implementations through Google Tag Manager (GTM).
- Design and evaluate A/B tests across product and marketing experiments.
- Build and maintain dashboards using tools like Looker Studio and Metabase.
- Identify data gaps and ensure accuracy and consistency across reporting systems.
- Translate raw data into clear, actionable insights for product and growth teams.
- 5+ years experience in a data analyst, growth analyst, or product analytics role.
- Proficient with SQL and BI tools (Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
- Experience with GA4, Mixpanel, or other product analytics tools.
- Hands-on experience with Google Tag Manager (GTM) for event tracking and analytics integrations.
- Strong understanding of growth metrics: CAC, LTV, activation, retention, funnels, etc.
- Experience working with paid ads platforms (Meta, Google Ads) and marketing attribution.
- Comfortable with A/B testing and statistical significance interpretation.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and curious - with a knack for finding signals in noise.
- Familiarity with Python or R for data analysis.
- Experience with product-led growth or SaaS environments.
- Prior exposure to CRM or marketing automation tools.
