Your Role:
As a Visual Designer, you’ll be at the heart of our creative team, translating strategic goals into compelling, customer-centric designs. You’ll work collaboratively across departments to shape the look, feel, and overall experience of our products and brand. What You’ll Do:
- Develop visually compelling designs that align with brand guidelines and effectively communicate key messaging to target audiences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project goals and deliverables, and provide design solutions that meet project requirements.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet project deadlines.
- Ensure all design work is high-quality, error-free, and meets accessibility and usability standards.
- Conceptualize and execute ideas with a user-centered mindset, ensuring designs align with the product and overall company vision and goals.
- Develop and maintain design processes, style guides, and reusable components to enhance workflow efficiency.
- Analyze user feedback and metrics to refine and iterate on designs for optimized user experiences.
- 5+ years of experience in visual design, ideally in a product-driven environment.
- Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in typography, layout, color theory, and a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite and relevant industry softwares
- Understanding of design principles, best practices, and accessibility standards.
- Exceptional communication skills with a knack for explaining design decisions to non-design audiences.
- A growth mindset and a passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and techniques.
- Well organized, responsible and dedicated, with the ability to work on multiple projects and deliver refined design in a short time.
- Self-learning, able to learn new tools quickly and work in a fast evolving environment.
