Finance Operations Executive

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Finance Operations Executive to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will bring at least  2 years of experience in finance operations and play a key role in supporting various financial processes. Key Responsibilities:

• Handling Audits: Assist in the preparation and execution of internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
   
• Accounts Payable: Oversee the accounts payable process, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices, vendor management, and payment reconciliations.
   
• Documentation Management: Maintain and organize financial documentation, ensuring all records are accurate, up to date, and easily accessible.
   
• Coordination: Work cross-functionally with other departments to support various administrative and financial coordination tasks.

• Cost & Budget Management: Assist in budget preparation and cost management strategies.Track expenses and optimize cost efficiencies. Analyze financial data for further recommendations
• Assist in Setting up Finance Department Processes: Collaborate with senior finance personnel to develop and implement effective finance department processes and procedures, ensuring efficiency and compliance.
   
• Contract Reviews: Support with contract reviews as needed, primarily focused on understanding financial implications, though this may align more with business operations.
   

Qualifications:
 

• Experience: Atleast  2 years of experience in finance operations, accounting, or a similar role.
   
• Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
   
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
   
• Software Proficiency: Familiarity with accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
   
• Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively across departments and handle multiple tasks within tight deadlines.
