Creative Video & Motion Designer
About the Role
We’re looking for a talented Video Editor & Motion Graphics Designer to join our growing creative team. The ideal candidate is a hybrid storyteller, skilled in video editing and passionate about animation, with a strong design sensibility and a deep understanding of motion for digital products. You’ll collaborate closely with designers, content strategists, and marketers to create engaging product videos, onboarding tutorials, paid ads, and in-app animations that elevate user experience and drive performance.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with product designers, content strategists, and project managers to produce high-impact motion assets
Animate Figma designs efficiently in After Effects, maintaining a smooth and scalable workflow
Create engaging and high-quality product onboarding videos, tutorials, and walkthroughs that enhance UX and increase retention
Produce product marketing videos in various dimensions for Meta, YouTube, and DSPs like AppLovin and Mintegral
Design and export Lottie animations for seamless integration into mobile and web platforms
Use advanced tools and systems to streamline workflows between Figma and After Effects (e.g., AEUX, Flow, LottieFiles)
Maintain brand consistency while pushing creative boundaries in motion design
Contribute to the ideation and development of instream playable ads and performance-driven creative assets
Requirements
Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Figma, and export tools like Bodymovin for Lottie animations
Strong understanding of SaaS product branding, UI/UX, and storytelling through motion
Demonstrated experience in crafting onboarding videos that educate and engage users effectively
Hands-on experience creating motion content for paid platforms like Meta, YouTube, and DSPs (AppLovin, Mintegral)
Familiarity with motion workflows, aspect ratios, export formats, and optimization for web/mobile delivery
Knowledge of advanced plugins/workflows that connect design and animation tools efficiently (e.g., AEUX, Figma-to-AE scripts)
Bonus: Experience with instream playable ads, interactive animations, or 3D motion is a plus
Ability to manage timelines, prioritize effectively, and deliver polished, high-performing visuals under tight deadlines
