Job Overview
As a Product Specialist, you will be the go-to expert for our Content generation platform, bridging the gap between our customers, support team, and product development. You will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction, gathering valuable feedback, and contributing to the product's evolution.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our image generation platform, including all features, capabilities, and technical aspects
- Communicate effectively with customers through various channels, including Intercom and customer interviews
- Work closely with the support team to resolve complex customer issues and provide expert-level assistance
- Collaborate with the Product Manager and UX/UI team to relay user feedback and contribute to the product roadmap
- Analyze user behavior and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor offerings in the image generation space
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role, preferably in the software or SaaS industry
- The ideal candidate should possess an exceptionally sharp learning curve, demonstrating the ability to quickly grasp new concepts and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of image processing techniques and related technologies
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience with customer support tools (e.g., Intercom, Zendesk)
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies and product management practices
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
