Vyro.ai is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Assistant Manager - Finance to join our team in Islamabad. The ideal candidate will collaborate with the executive team to translate business goals into financial targets, drive strategic financial planning, and ensure robust financial management practices. This role demands a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and the ability to provide actionable financial insights that support business decisions and drive growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Collaboration: Partner with the executive team to align financial strategies with business goals. Develop actionable financial plans that support company objectives and drive performance.

  • Financial Modeling and Scenario Planning: Conduct detailed financial modeling and scenario planning to evaluate the impact of strategic initiatives such as market expansion, new product launches, and investments.

  • Performance Monitoring: Track return on investment (ROI) and key financial metrics to assess and ensure the efficient utilization of resources across the organization.

  • Strategic Advisory: Serve as a key advisor to senior leaders by providing financial insights and recommendations that influence strategic decision-making.

  • Financial Analysis and Reporting: Prepare and present comprehensive financial analyses, forecasts, and recommendations to the executive team, highlighting potential opportunities and risks.

  • Risk Management: Identify, assess, and manage financial risks associated with strategic initiatives and overall business operations, ensuring proactive risk mitigation strategies.

  • Internal Controls and Compliance: Implement and oversee robust internal controls and governance practices that support sustainable growth and compliance with financial regulations and industry standards.

  • Team Development: Foster a culture of strategic thinking and continuous learning within the finance team, encouraging professional growth and development.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Build and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between financial strategies and business objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA or relevant professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is a plus.

  • Proven experience in financial analysis, modeling, and strategic planning, ideally in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and present actionable insights.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience in preparing and delivering reports to senior executives.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage financial risks and implement effective internal controls.

  • Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

  • Ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and drive alignment across teams.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing financial challenges.
