Creative Director

About the Role:

As a Creative Lead/Managers at Vyro, you will be responsible for leading the creative direction of our paid campaign, collaborating with product, marketing and content development teams to ensure alignment with brand identity and user needs. Additionally, you will be overseeing content production, managing and mentoring junior creatives, and staying up-to-date with industry trends to improve creative processes and output.

What You'll Do:

• Define and maintain the creative vision for multiple projects and ensure that it is executed to perfection.
• Lead the creative direction of marketing campaigns, overseeing all visual and written content to ensure consistency with brand identity and messaging in collaboration with the marketing team. 
• Provide creative guidance, mentorship, and feedback to other artists to ensure the optimal functioning of the creative team.
• Collaborate with motion graphic designers to create video content for social media, primarily on YouTube.
• Monitor end-to-end analytics and review paid campaigns to assess and optimize effectiveness.
• Manage and mentor junior creatives to help them grow and develop their skills.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to improve creative processes and output.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, graphic design, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in a similar role with strong leadership experience managing cross-functional teams.
• Strong artistic skills with a keen eye for visual aesthetics and design.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, including feedback, critiques, and mentorship.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with an ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.'
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, motion graphic design, video editing, social media, and analytics.

Note: This is an onsite position at our office in H12, Islamabad, for residents of Pakistan. Candidates residing outside of Pakistan may be considered for remote work opportunities.
