About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Affiliate Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will support the Affiliate Marketing team in managing and optimizing our affiliate marketing programs. You will assist in driving revenue growth and expanding our network of affiliate partners, contributing to our overall business success.
What You'll Do:
- Assist in the development and execution of affiliate marketing strategies to achieve performance goals.
- Support the identification of potential affiliate partners and assist in negotiating partnership agreements.
- Aid in recruiting new affiliates to enhance the affiliate network.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing affiliate partners to promote loyalty and performance.
- Provide affiliates with the necessary resources and support to ensure their success.
- Help monitor and analyze affiliate performance, preparing regular reports for the management team.
- Contribute to generating regular performance reports, highlighting key metrics and insights.
- Utilize data-driven insights to suggest improvements for affiliate programs.
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a relevant field.
- At least 2 years of experience in marketing or a related field.
- Basic understanding of affiliate marketing concepts, strategies, and performance metrics.
- Familiarity with affiliate networks, tools, and platforms is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data to drive performance.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to establish and maintain relationships with affiliates.
- A proactive and eager attitude to learn and grow in the affiliate marketing space.
