Product Marketing Manager

Your Responsibilities:

• Generative AI Expertise: Leverage your deep understanding of generative AI to develop and implement product marketing strategies that resonate with our target audiences across B2B and B2C segments.
• Strategic Development: Craft and execute go-to-market strategies for our flagship product, Imagine.art. This includes competitive research, benchmarking, messaging, and audience identification.
• Growth Funnel Management: Understand the Growth Funnel (Acquisition, Activation, Engagement/Retention,Revenue,Re-activation & Referral) and utilize data-driven experimentation to optimize each stage of the funnel.
• Customer Engagement Tools: Have extensive experience with Customer Engagement Platforms, particularly CleverTap, to drive product adoption post-acquisition through Push Notifications, Email Marketing, and Pop-ups.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product Management, Growth (Performance Marketing), Brand, and Customer Support teams. Conduct thorough market research to gain insights into customer needs, identify untapped opportunities, and develop buyer personas that inform product positioning and marketing strategies.
• Market Positioning: Analyze market structure, trends, and technology advancements to identify growth opportunities. Develop and communicate strategic plans to position our digital products effectively within the market.
• Product Launches: Lead the conceptualisation and execution of successful product launches. This involves orchestrating end-to-end go-to-market plans, ensuring product positioning aligns with market needs, and deploying integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital marketing and social media.
• UX Writing & Communication: Develop technical UX writing capabilities and create a "UX copywriting guide" to ensure coherent communication across all channels for our products.
• Alignment with Growth Team: Collaborate with the growth team to better align on product positioning in the awareness and acquisition funnels. This includes refining headlines, descriptions, and creatives to better align with our Unique Selling Propositions (USPs).
• Influence Product Strategy: Contribute to the product’s strategy and roadmap by combining data-driven insights with innovative thinking. Your input will help shape the future of our products, ensuring they remain competitive and compelling in a rapidly evolving market.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in product marketing, particularly within the generative AI or tech industry.
• Strong understanding of B2B and B2C marketing strategies.
• Experience in managing and optimising Growth Funnels using data-driven experimentation.
• Extensive experience with Customer Engagement Platforms, specifically CleverTap.
• Technical UX writing skills with the ability to develop and implement UX copywriting guides.
• Excellent collaboration skills with the ability to work across various teams.
• Ability to analyze market trends and position products strategically.
• Track record of successful product launches and go-to-market strategy execution.
• Creative and analytical mindset with the ability to influence product development and strategy.
